Professor Heather Fulford is the DBA Director at Aberdeen Business School. Heather coordinates modules on venture creation and growth, enterprise, and employability. Her current research is devoted to small business innovation, community and regional development, university-business interaction, work-related learning, enterprise education and graduate employability. Heather serves on the Board of The Garioch Partnership, a community development organisation supporting people and communities in the Garioch area of Aberdeenshire.
